Bryce McDonald is the COO of Procurely, a sourcing company focused on building smarter, more efficient partnerships that drive organisational performance. A former U.S. Marine Corps Infantry Officer and Naval Academy football player, Bryce’s leadership philosophy is rooted in discipline, integrity, and teamwork—values forged through years of service and competition at the highest levels.
Raised in a military family with stops across Virginia, Florida, and Hawaii before settling in Missouri, Bryce was recruited to play football at the United States Naval Academy, where he earned his commission as a Marine Officer upon graduation. He deployed multiple times throughout the Pacific and Middle East, leading teams in peacekeeping, training, and combat operations. His time as a warfighter came to an end after being severely wounded while liberating multiple cities in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
